There are certain applications of mixing where along with the mixing of the raw material the external heat or cool effect is applied in order to produce the end product. In this type of the mass mixer, one additional U shape jacket is being fabricated along with the main U trough of the Mixing equipment. The additional jacket is the best economic solution to simultaneously provide the direct heating as well as cooling effect to the inside material.

For the heating purpose, electric thermal heating system is provided with maintaining the temperature control and balance throughout each batch.
